Environmental Education: Favite Technology continues to deepen employees' understanding of a sustainable planet through its internal ‘Favite LOHAS Newsletter’. Content covers multifaceted themes including sustainable tourism, marine conservation, plastic reduction initiatives, low-carbon living, and water resource stewardship. By integrating knowledge dissemination with interactive education, the programme inspires staff to proactively engage with and implement environmentally conscious actions, demonstrating the company's active commitment to environmental sustainability.

To broaden the initiative's impact, we not only disseminate sustainability knowledge through internal newsletters but also organise engaging activities. Our ‘One Question a Day’ energy-saving and carbon-reduction quiz runs on the Favite Technology Facebook fan page, allowing colleagues and external stakeholders to deepen their understanding of energy conservation, carbon reduction, and environmental protection through interactive participation. We hope to collectively raise public awareness of environmental sustainability and translate this into tangible actions, jointly creating a greener future.

2025

• Purchased charitable merchandise from the Taiwan Prader-Willi Syndrome Association and the Nantou County Little Trouble Angels Association, donating items to colleagues with a total value of NT$24,200.
• Continued to donate educational grants totalling NT$10,000 on two occasions to the Taihe Neighbourhood Office, fostering positive community relations.

2024

• Donated 8 laptops worth NT$180,750 to Taiping Elementary School in Guanxi Township, Hsinchu County, supporting digital education resource development in remote areas.
• Donated NT$10,000 in educational grants to the Taihe Village Chief's Office to encourage students' academic endeavours.
• Organised a Christmas gift donation drive for Teresa Children's Centre and Ningyuan Nursing Home, mobilising 65 participants who collectively donated goods and funds totalling NT$323,290.

2023

• Donated five second-hand laptops to Yunlin Chang Ai Home Orphanage to enhance children's IT learning environment.
• Supported the purchase of 195 charity gift boxes for the Republic of China Down Syndrome Foundation, totalling NT$103,545, to care for individuals with physical and mental disabilities.
• Organised a second-hand charity sale and donation drive, achieving 112 participants. Donated supplies and funds totalling NT$106,500 to Teresa Children's Centre and Ningyuan Nursing Home.

2022

• Ordered mooncakes from the Green Sprout Hope Workshop and the Happy Children Foundation, presenting them to partners and hardworking colleagues to tangibly support disadvantaged groups through concrete action.
• Organised a second-hand charity sale and fundraising event, mobilising 66 participants. Donated supplies and funds totalling NT$62,700 to the Hsinchu County Association for the Support of Persons with Disabilities and Teresa Children's Centre, bringing warmth and care to disadvantaged groups.

Favite Technology, through concrete actions, joins hands with colleagues and all sectors of society to focus on the underprivileged, continuously advancing charitable causes, ensuring love and warmth reach every corner in need.

Favite Technology actively supports educational development, striving to bridge the digital divide between urban and rural areas and cultivate professional talent.

We also support young students in visiting international exhibitions. Each year, Favite participates in three to four international exhibitions across mainland China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. During exhibition periods, we proactively invite and host university students, introducing them to AOI technology, its applications, and career development opportunities. This initiative aims to bridge the gap between industry and academia, inspiring students to deepen their understanding of smart manufacturing and inspection technologies.

Concurrently, Favite Technology has established a long-term partnership with Chung Yuan Christian University, generously donating optical inspection components valued at over NT$16 million to support teaching and practical training in semiconductor and advanced optics. This initiative fosters a premier domestic talent cultivation platform. In 2024, the Favite team was invited to deliver an AOI lecture at Chung Yuan University's Department of Physics, sharing industry applications and AI technological innovations with nearly 50 students to foster in-depth industry-academia exchange. This collaboration was recognised with a Crystal Award from the Ministry of Education. Favite Technology was further honoured with Minghsin University of Science and Technology's 2024 ‘Outstanding Industry-Academia Collaboration Award’, recognising the company's exceptional contributions to educational resource support and professional technical knowledge transfer.

In 2024, we donated eight laptops to Taiping Primary School in Guanxi Township, Hsinchu County, enhancing digital learning resources for students in remote areas. Additionally, we contributed NT$10,000 in educational grants to the Tahe Village Office in Zhubei City, Hsinchu County, encouraging students from disadvantaged families to pursue their studies diligently.

Moving forward, we shall continue to engage in industry-academia collaboration, dedicated to nurturing optical technology talent and advancing the sustainable development of Taiwan's semiconductor industry.

Favite places great emphasis on the practice and promotion of volunteer service, consistently encouraging staff and their families to actively participate in various social welfare initiatives. We meticulously document the footprints and achievements of our volunteers over the years, enabling more people to witness the warmth generated by the joint efforts of our company and employees.

2025

We organised one beach clean-up event at the sandbars of Qigu, Tainan, and one stream clean-up activity in the Hsinchu area, expanding regional participation. We continue to lead employees and their families in joining the community to devote themselves to environmental maintenance and action. We also value local environmental and community relations. Together with residents of Taihe Village in Zhubei City, where our headquarters is located, we sweated it out sweeping the streets, restoring their clean appearance. Through these initiatives, we demonstrate to society the passion, teamwork, and commitment to sustainability of Favite Technology employees. We firmly believe that every small contribution builds a better society and future.

2024

Tainan Qigu Beach Clean-up: Five employees and nine family members joined forces to clear the sandbar for 1.5 hours, taking tangible action to safeguard our beautiful coastline and ecological environment.

Ningyuan Nursing Home Christmas Volunteers: Ten colleagues collaborated to accompany dementia patients in carol singing activities and jointly maintained the courtyard greenery, collectively contributing 30 hours of volunteer service. This warmed the hearts of the elderly residents and eased the burden on care staff.
